Encouraging Good Behaviour
You know what you don't want your children to do, but what do you want them to do and how do you get them to do it?
This fun workshop will give you plenty of ideas that you can use to motivate your children to behave well, and that you can go home and start using straight away.
Boost Your Childs Self Esteem
Self esteem can be fragile and nurturing it during childhood is important. Children are often under a lot of pressure today, and it can be all too easy for confidence and self esteem to be knocked. This workshop looks at what is needed for good self esteem and give you some practical ideas to use with your child.
It's natural for children to push the boundaries, some more than others, and it can be truly exasperating when they do.
This workshop will teach you how to deal with difficult behaviour in a positive manner and in a way that makes it less likely to happen again.
Tantrums are a natural stage of development, but as any parent of a toddler knows, they can be frustrating and exhausting for parent and child alike. This workshop looks at some reasons why they happen and will give you some useful ideas to help prevent them.

Support your child with friendship issues
Difficulties with friendships are very common and can be so painful for your child, and you. It's hard to know what to do to help. This workshop will give you some great ideas to use to support your child to make friends, to know what a real friend is, and what to do when things go wrong.
Help Your Child to Manage Emotions
Supporting children’s emotional literacy is becoming increasingly important these days. Mental health problems and emotional difficulties among children and young people are on the rise and one way to protect your child is to give them the skills they need to mange their difficult feelings.
This workshop looks at ways to get your children thinking and talking about their emotions.
As an employer you know your staff are a valuable asset. You want them to be the best they can be, and to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible during working hours.
But for the parents who work for you, sometimes switching to work mode as they walk through the door at the beginning of the day isn’t always easy, especially if they are feeling stressed or worried about some aspect of their child’s behaviour or well being.
What is going on for an employee at home can make it hard for them to focus at work.
Smart employers know that supporting the parents in their workforce can be beneficial, not only to the individual, but to the company as well.
All of my workshops are available in the form of a bite size lunchtime talk lasting for an hour, and are suitable for any size group. All I require is a room where we won’t be interrupted and for you to promote to your employees.
